About my Program…

Our unconscious mind has a hierarchy of control mechanisms, each one controlling those under it. Let’s examine what each layer means using exercise an example…

Environment: I bought a treadmill and put it in my basement.

Behavior: I will walk of the treadmill 4 days a week.

Beliefs: I believe walking more will improve my health.

Values: I value my health. It is important to me to remain in shape so I can live long and take care of my family.

Identity: I am a healthy person.

Most coaches and hypnotherapists work on the behavior level and stop there.

Now let’s turn the pyramid upside down and turn it into a tree…

Now we have Beliefs, Values, and Identity at the bottom where the roots are and we have Environment and Behavior where the fruits are. We can spend time picking rotten fruits, but they will eventually grow back. We can spend the rest of our lives just pruning the tree hoping the rotten fruits do not return. But, if the roots are rotten and the fruit isn’t getting good nutrients, the tree will always bear rotten fruits. The best we can do is just keep pruning. But what would happen if we dug up the roots and cut out the diseased parts? Then our tree would bear healthy fruit season after season.

Transformation Coaching works to heal the roots of the tree. We start with your Identity, Values, and Beliefs. When we have healed the roots, then we look for remaining behaviors and tackle them one at a time until you have a healthy and productive tree.

What makes my Transformation coaching different is that I focus first on your identity, values and beliefs. A person who sees themselves as a healthy individual, and values being fit, is going to naturally want to walk on the treadmill and not find it to be a pleasure instead of a chore like an unhealthy person might.

I AM, I VALUE and I BELIEVE statements are important because they shape who we are as individuals. Our beliefs shape our values and our values determine our beliefs. Together, those form our identity.

Working on a behavior or simply changing the environment, will only work for short periods of time. Furthermore, changing a behavior without getting to the root of the behavior is likely to result in adding a new, unwanted behavior. Did you quit smoking without addressing why you were smoking and start over-eating instead? Addressing the root of the problem will help you to avoid switching to other problem behaviors.

What does a typical Transformation Program look like?

Session 1: We get your goals for the program. (How will you know when the program has been successful for you?) Then we take a Detailed Personal History surrounding the issues you're struggling with. (When and why did this problem start?)

Session 2: We perform a Values Assessment and check for any contradictions and incongruencies that may be contributing to the problem.

Session 3: We challenge any beliefs that may be contributing to the problem. We will begin Time Techniques™️ where we will go into your past and release all Anger and Sadness.

Session 4: We will continue Time Techniques™️ and release Fear and Hurt. We will do a Parts Integration technique, if necessary,

Session 5: We will complete Time Techniques™️ by releasing Guilt. We will also go back and release any Self-Limiting Beliefs and any Anxious Thoughts if those are present.

Session 6: We will do Guided Meditative Hypnotherapy to release any behaviors remaining and install a new identity, beliefs, and values if needed.

Session 7: We install new resource states and learn Anchoring. For instance, if you have a difficult time accessing confidence, we create a confidence button on your knuckle where you can tap it to gain instant confidence. This modality is based on Pavlovian conditioning and is easy to learn. Once we do it one time, you can do it on your own as many times as needed for as many positive states as you like.

Session 8: We wrap it up by checking to make sure your problem has been eliminated and we set future goals.

This is a sample program. Each program is tailored to fit your specific needs and may be shorter or longer than 8 sessions depending on your needs. (If you purchase a session package and need additional sessions, you can purchase à la carte sessions to complete the program.)

Additional services:

Depending on your goals, you may decide to add sessions based on my other offerings. Some additional sessions you may be interested in adding are Tarot Reading, Tarot lessons, and Pendulum lessons. These help you dig under the layers of your unconscious mind to find out if there is anything your higher self wants you to know or work on.

I offer Past Life Regression, which is different from Time Techniques™️, in that, instead of going into the past to release negative emotions from multiple events while viewing the events objectively, we spend time exploring one or two specific events in a more associated state, recalling specific information about people, places, and events. This can be great if you have always had a nagging feeling that you have known someone, been someone, or existed somewhere before. It’s also a great tool to get a better understanding of where your values came from, like our friends Red, Violet, and Teal.

Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T. or “Tapping”) is a useful session where we learn how and when to use EFT. EFT is a versatile tool that can be used to get into self-hypnosis or meditative states, as well as can be used for pain control, and getting affirmations into your unconscious mind much faster than repeating them endlessly in the mirror. This technique is easy to learn and master and once you understand it, you can use it on your own easily.

Manifestation Coaching is useful if you have a goal you would like to make a reality. We start by identifying the goal, then we learn ways to use your unconscious mind to manifest this goal for you. We may even use Time Techniques™️ to place that completed goal on your timeline in the future and then experience how wonderful it feels to have manifested that goal. (Manifestation coaching can take more than one single session.)

A Chat Session is helpful because sometimes we already have the answers and just need to talk it out and bounce our thoughts and ideas off of another human. Sometimes when we say something out loud, we are able to move the information from our unconscious mind to our conscious mind in order to have clarity, then we can move it back to our unconscious mind to begin manifesting the resolution.

Any of these sessions can be amended to a Transformation Package or used à la carte by purchasing single One-on-One sessions.

Sometimes we just want to try something out first before we commit to it and sometimes one session is all it takes to get the result you’re looking for. I don’t sell contracts and I’m completely flexible. You are the boss. I am simply the guide.
